The indoor pools, especially the one by the apartments adorned with swinging seats, became an instant hit with my children. The room's cleanliness and cool ambiance were a welcoming respite from the African heat-I never even needed the air conditioner during our stay. Our family reveled in the well-stocked room, accentuated by luxurious blackout curtains that lulled us into peaceful slumber each night. The engaging staff made our experience truly memorable, catering to our needs promptly. The on-site spa added a touch of pampering luxury, perfect for a relaxing family retreat.Despite a minor hiccup with a late food order, the staff, especially John at the reception, excelled in ensuring our comfort. The hotel's thoughtful gesture with a complimentary event showcased their commitment to a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
